Some of you have asked for the recipe for the Cracker Candy that I made, so here it is!
Prep Time: 15 minutes
1 sleeve of saltine crackers
1 stick of butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 bag of milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped almonds
Prep:
1. Arrange the crackers in a single layer on the backing sheet so that they are no empty spaces in between them.

2. Microwave the butter and brown sugar for about 5 min. Carefully pour the sugar-butter mixture over the crackers on the baking sheet in an even layer.
3. Bake the toffee crackers at 350 degrees for five minutes, until the toffee is bubbling all over. Carefully remove the pan from the oven and allow to cool for one minute.
4. Spread the chocolate chips evenly as it melts over the crackers. Top with chopped almonds.
5. Refrigerate the pan for about 30 minutes. Once set, break into small pieces.
Brown sugar, butter and chocolate chips...how could it be anything but awesome?
