A Boca Veggie Burger with a "thins" bun!!
I found these veggie burgers at Sam's and they are the best! Not quite as good as a real thick juicy burger, but still pretty tasty! And for the nutritional value - you can't go wrong! I've had this the past couple nights for dinner. I usually find something that I like, then eat it all the time, then I end up getting sick of it. It's a vicious cycle. Anyway, it's good and you should try it!

I had a little weight loss set back last week because of all the delicious 4th of July food around, and overall I've kind of plateaued. I hear that's normal, so I am just going to keep plugging away, and I will eventually get to my goal! I'm getting a little tired of measuring out my cereal each morning, and counting everything I eat, but it's the only way for me to be completely accountable for what I'm eating. I'm still trying to get to the gym more often, but overall I've increased my activity. How are you all doing?

This is my 100th post, and it's not even exciting! I've been in a blogging slump lately, so I'll just attach a few pictures I like...

Sisters watching TV together.

"It's a Romes" as Uncle Mike would say.

This cute bunch of kids (and their parent's of course) are coming to visit us later this month! I can't wait to see them all!!

  3. I love the boca burgers, I got them at costco last week and have been eating them everyday for lunch (on an english muffin). I also agree with Life of Joy...the M.S. BBB are also really really yummy!

  4. I don't mind the Boca Burgers, but I LOVE the Boca or Morningstar "Chick" patties. Add a slice of cheese, some mayo, and a mustard of your choice and you're good to go!

As for jogging, I don't do it...but I've been using the Bowflex at work for a few months now and love it. I think I need to talk my boss into buying a new set of 50lb "Power Rods" since I'm maxing the thing out. Yeah that's right ladies, 100% muscle....if you can look past the hair and excess fat. :)

  6. You don't know me, but after reading this post, you must try the veggie burgers from Costco! They are by Don Lee Farms and they are the best veggie burgers EVER!! You can do soooo much with them instead of just eating a burger.... my favorite is crumbling it up in a sundried tomato tortilla with spinach, cheese, black beans, corn and ranch dressing. Seriously, it's amazing! Try them! =)

Ok, ha! Sorry to just barge in, but I've followed your blog for a while now and I'm always praying for you guys. I felt now was the appropriate time to stop in and comment...lol. I love food, so it seemed right =)
